Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m the founder of Common Ground Kids and a Certified Girls Club Instructor. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved creating spaces where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and connected.

That passion shaped my career, my life as a mom, and ultimately Common Ground Kids.

Common Ground Kids grew from a desire to create a place where kids build confidence, connection, and community while developing a heart for serving others.
